Open classes are for those who wish to pick up a little self-defence without committing too much time and resources.
The classes taught here are basic and cater to those with little or no experience at all. Every week, we cover a different topic on defending bare-handed, from chokes and holds, or using improvised weapons. It is a good place to wet your feet and get a taste of what it's all about.
When you're ready to embark on the journey of personal defence and self-discovery, we invite you to take up a personal or small group class. From there the journey truly begins, where we will help to maximise your potential and develop your own unique individual styles.

Tired of just punching air in your usual kickboxing classes and want to kick some real butt? Try out this blend of Boxing/Kickboxing/Thai Boxing that means business.
Hybrid Kickboxing classes cater to the serious amateur who wants to pick up some actual kick boxing skills while honing their fitness and reflexes at the same time. You will learn proper techniques and practice with partners in a safe environment.
Expect an intense physical workout. Warning, not for the faint-hearted!
(Some basic equipment is needed for this class. You can get a basic starter package from us, or simply bring your own)
